In February, DecisionPathHR® partnered with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department for Active Survival Training. The training took place at DecisionPathHR®’s corporate office where Lieutenant Huber provided information on the topic and gave demonstrations on practices in an active shooter situation.

During the seminar, the officers engaged the staff by incorporating them in role play situations to make the event more hands-on and meaningful. Putting its employees in the situation and taking them through best practices had a real impact on DecisionPathHR®’s team.

The CMPD has conducted this seminar over 200 times to more than 4,000 community members. They offer this seminar for free to businesses, schools, neighborhoods, and congregations.
