Nick’s 7 years of sales experience in staffing brought him to DecisionPathHR in February of 2018 where he assumed the joint role of Branch & Sales Manager until transitioning to Sales Director in October of 2018. Nick’s hands-on approach to leadership is demonstrated by his heavy involvement in operations, recruiting coordination, and business development efforts.

His responsibilities include fostering the growth of the sales team, working closely with operations, and managing all sales activity for DecisionPathHR. He cultivates client relationships with the goal of improving the team’s efficiency to best communicate DecisionPathHR’s services to prospects and develop meaning relationships with new clientele.

The consummate family man, he loves nothing more than spending time with his wife and children and watching them grow (too fast!) every day. On the weekends you can find him fervently cheering on the Fighting Irish. Everything stops for 13 Saturdays a year!
