Marsha's 20+ years of staffing experience brought her to DecisionPathHR in May of 2019 where she began her time as Training & Compliance Manager. Holding various positions in the industry including Recruiter, Branch Manager, and Onsite Manager have given her a perspective that is unique to her position. This experience aids in her ability to deliver relevant, meaningful training for her co-workers.

Her responsibilities include leading training sessions with DecisionPathHR's internal staff, completing performance audits of the Recruiting Team, and providing insight to the rest of the management team regarding operations, client management, and business development. With extensive managerial experience, her input is an invaluable asset to the team.

Outside of the office you can find Marsha enjoying every moment she gets to spend with her family by helping to continue family traditions. Her favorites of those traditions are the times she goes camping with her husband and children. The North Carolina and Tennessee mountains are like a second home for her.
