DecisionPathHR Wins "Small Business of the Year" from Cabarrus Regional Chamber of Commerce

DecisionPathHR® has been awarded the Cabarrus Regional Chamber of Commerce’s “Small Business of the Year” Award for 2018. The award recognizes a local small business who is both accomplished in its industry and a leader in the community.

Finalists for this award had to demonstrate steady growth since they were founded, the ability to overcome the challenges small businesses face, innovative ideas to overcome those challenges, and a commitment to the community they serve. All of these requirements feed off of each other and are aspects of business that DecisionPathHR takes great pride in. The goal is growth. Real growth is impossible without generating innovative ideas that not only help overcome business challenges but allow it to stay ahead of the recruiting curve while creating an environment that radiates solidity and trust for its clients and associates.
